ORBITAL GLOW

Light up your LEGO® Icons series Planet Earth and Moon in Orbit 42179 with the orange Sun sphere, the blue Earth globe and the months ring with pink LEDs, enhanced with Kyglaring Lights Kit for LEGO® to fire a warm white LED up into the Sun from below, wrap the Earth base in a ring of cool blue LEDs and string a long pink LED arc through the months ring.

FULL ORRERY

Step back. The full orrery stands against the black surround: the orange Sun sphere on the right, a long black arm reaching across to the blue Earth globe on the left, a small white Moon on a black pole above, and a wide black base with a months ring. Cool blue LEDs ring the Earth base in a tight circle of stars, and a long pink LED arc traces the months ring with a soft magenta pulse. A warm white LED glows from under the Sun.
TILTED VIEW

Shift to a higher angle. The months ring tilts toward you, the pink LEDs now reading as a long bright arc curving across the lower half. A small blue LED under the ring shows through a black structural panel, and the months label (Jan. Feb. Mar. Apr.) reads in white text on the orange tile band. The Sun sphere glows from within, and the blue Earth base ring sparkles with cool blue stars.
EARTH BASE STARS

Crane down to the Earth globe. The blue Earth base forms a flat disc, and a ring of cool blue LEDs runs around its edge, each one a tight bright star. A central gear sits in the middle, a white and blue arm reaches up to hold the Earth sphere, and a small silver Moon on a black arm rises above. A black knob sits in the lower right, and a small yellow plus pin sits inside the central gear.
GEAR CLOSE

Lean into the central gear. A black Technic gear with a yellow plus pin at its center sits in the middle, lit by cool blue LEDs that wash the entire base. A small red plus pin sits in a knob to the right, and a yellow rubber band catches the blue light in a soft amber curve. The blue Earth sphere glows in the background, and a small silver Moon peeks from the top of the frame.
SUN GLOW

Drop down to the Sun. The orange Sun sphere glows from within, lit by two warm white LEDs from below, the light spreading through the translucent plastic in a soft warm wash. A small yellow plus pin sits at the very top of the sphere. Below, a black structural tower holds the Sun in place, and the pink months ring glows softly in a magenta pool at the bottom of the frame.
MOON ARM

Crane up to the small white Moon. A small silver sphere on a black arm rises from the Earth base, lit by cool blue LEDs from below. The blue Earth sphere glows in the upper frame, the green continents visible through the blue plastic. A central gear sits below the Moon arm, and a small yellow plus pin glows in the gear's center. A long black structural arm reaches from the base to the right.
